Just got back from co-hosting our third annual Scaling Summit retreat for designers at and it was magical. ✨
When I started my business 7+ years ago, I never imagined I’d become the co-founder of a community filled with such talented, ambitious, creative women. The longer I worked in design, the more I noticed the gaps like broken client processes, unrealistic expectations, and the “starving artist” mindset so many designers are taught before they even begin which is why I started to speak out about what I was experiencing.
Building this community while continuing to run my own business has made me a better designer, leader, and business owner. It’s also connected me with the exact kind of people I needed in my corner to truly scale.
Getting to spend this weekend in person with students I’ve coached and mentored…some of whom are now supporting me behind the scenes in my own business felt incredibly full circle. 🥹
