I have been repairing embroidery machines for over 15 years with many satisfied customers. Our goal is to provide you with expert repair and tune-ups for your your embroiderty machines. I understand the importance of keeping your production running smoothly and the trust you put in your technician. I am trained on Melco, Tajima, SWF, Happy and Brother embroidery machines. Our rates are $50.00 hr

with no travel charges within California, Nevada and Arizona. Tune-ups are flat rate charges and consist of Checking/Setting Adjustment for Needle Depths, Rotary Hook Timing and Gap, Rotary Hook Stopper and Color Change Potentiometer, Fixed and Movable Knife Positions, Picker Position. Greasing X/Y Drive Rails, Color Change Drive Rails, Color Change Gears and Cams, Trimming Cam and Fork. Inspect X/Y Drive and Color Change Drive system for abnormal wear. Perform basic cleaning, removing thread from behind the rotary hook and checking oiling system for proper saturation. Please call us if you have any questions or to schedule your tune-up or repair.
