Anyone looking for a darling little house in the world's greatest neighborhood?

We have loved every single second of the almost 20 years that we have lived in the heart of Canonsburg, but we are moving out to the country and our home is officially up for sale.

This house sits at the top of the hill with the most amazing views. It is in walking distance to Town Park, all the shops/bars/restaurants on Pike Street, and the Canon Mac Football Stadium. You can watch 4th of July fireworks from the yard!

Most importantly, you'll be surrounded by the most loving, caring and honorable neighbors. There should be a way to calculate the value of having such fantastic human beings living next to you everyday because they are truly amazing.

CREATE YOUR SOCIAL MEDIA CALENDAR FOR MARCH

Creating a social media calendar is how I keep all my social media content creating and scheduling organized.

1) Sit down with a calendar, notebook and some creative energy.
2) List your goals for March and plan your messaging accordingly.
3) Determine which days of the week you'll be posting.
4) Write your text and gather the images and/or article links for each post.
5) Keep track of your copy, images and links with the free Social Media Calendar spreadsheet linked in the article below from Hubspot.
6) Create the posts for your various platforms and schedule them to go live automatically.

This process does require your time and concentration but, if done effectively, will generate increased traffic, interaction and/or sales.
