Good morning, Queen! Welcome to Day 2 of the Queens Mirror 30-day challenge.

Today, I'm not asking you to change anything about the woman in the mirror. I'm just asking you to meet her. Look into her eyes long enough to notice what rises. Is your first response kindness, criticism, discomfort, sadness, pride, or avoidance? Do not correct the feeling. Just write it down. Awareness is where this journey begins.

The mirror is ot asking you to judge the woman you see. It is inviting you to meet her.
