An orthodontist told me they didn't need more consult slots because they couldn't even fill 4.
I looked at the schedule.
The 4 slots were scattered across the day. Only 2 were during prime time. Those filled up every time. The other 2? Patients would skip them and book later in the week.
So we added more slots around prime time. That's it.
Two weeks later: 4 to 6 consults a day instead of 2 to 3.
The availability wasn't the problem. The timing was.
Rearrange your template, shift your expectation, and watch what happens.
