s the actual time it takes us to finish your order and package it. Shipping is done through USPS and will be an additional 1-2 days if local and 3-5 business days if not in the area, AFTER the 10-15 day completion time. If you need your order COMPLETED (not completed and in your hands) in less than 10 business days, send us a message BEFORE you purchase so we can make sure we are able to meet your need by date. We DO NOT have special working arrangements with the PO. Once it leaves our hands and is accepted at the post office, we have no control over the item. ALL orders will be shipped from now on, unless prior arrangements are made. We offer discounted shipping rates, making it convenient for both seller and buyer. Our shop hours are Monday - Friday 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. We try to respond to all messages within 24 hours and usually in the afternoon or the next morning. When messages are sent after 4pm we will try and respond as fast as we can but after 5pm, it's family time. All messages received on the weekends will most likely be answered on Monday.
