Mutual Power: Feedback
I’ve been thinking about power not as something we hold, but something we move through each other. In this piece, each figure becomes part of a system—receiving, transmitting, and responding to what passes through them. Power doesn’t move in a single direction—it loops, breaks, and reshapes itself through relationships.
It’s not equal. It’s not fixed. And it doesn’t always return. This work explores how individuals act within larger systems, where some exchanges are mutual, some are interrupted, and others never come back at all. What happens when power is not returned?
What happens when someone remains outside the system entirely?
