Holiday Swim Lessons
Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced Levels
Week of 12/20-12/23 & Week of 12/27-30

Have your child advance their swimming with lessons.

Lessons are taught in a fun-filled environment where students learn the basic techniques of swimming and safety skills are emphasized.
Water temperature is kept at a temperature of 84 – 86 degrees in the Program Pool and 79 – 81 degrees in the Lap Pool, an ideal for comfort.

All Private Lessons are provided by American Red Cross Certified Instructors.

It’s that time of year to spread some cheer. Join Barbara and all your favorite Zumba instructors for Club Fit Jefferson Valley’s annual Toys for Tots Zumba Fundraiser on Friday, December 10th at 6:00 pm.

❗You asked…we listened!

Starting Monday, September 13th the Nursery will be open from 9:00am–12:00pm at Jefferson Valley. At Briarcliff, the Nursery will be open from 8:00am–12:30pm on weekdays and 7:50am–12:00pm on weekends. The Briarcliff Energy Center hours will expand to 3:30pm–7:30 pm on weekdays.

Our Café hours at both Clubs will be expanding to 5:00 pm on weekdays while we plan to expand to weekend hours in October. Also, our Group Fitness Schedule will be expanding to include a variety of new classes throughout the day.
