Happy Holidays from SGM Advertising! Here’s a perfect example of fun cross promotion marketing from KFC. Imagine getting this for Christmas from someone? Was it good? Probably awful- but it got people talking about the KFC brand, was featured on late night TV and news kicker stories, giving them tons of free publicity!

People sometimes ask how did I get my broadcasting knowledge- and it dates back to the 80s when i was in my 20s, I was actually the host of a TV series for ABC called “San Francisco Hot Rock”.
