Fonts are fascinating and constantly evolving. A new typeface recently introduced is Inclusive Sans from Olivia King. Its intention is to be accessible and readable with a more contemporary feel. It has even been commissioned by Penguin to be a custom font for their books, truly making them books for everyone.

Accessibility and boldness are the key focus in Olivia King’s customised typeface for the publishing giant.

Today we celebrate National Maritime Day and our mariners who work for the safety, security, and prosperity of our nation! hashtag

National Maritime Day was created to recognize the maritime industry and celebrate our nations merchant mariners, their service and sacrifice. In a proclamation from the White House, the President states:

“Unbreaking and unbending in their devotion to duty, our merchant mariners have stood for our Nation’s freedom and liberty throughout history — from delivering critical goods and troops to the battlefields of World War II to responding to devastating natural disasters around the world and shipping the goods and military cargo that keep our Nation safe and prosperous. Today, our merchant mariners are continuing this legacy of service, delivering humanitarian aid to people in need and transporting military equipment around the world. At the same time, merchant mariners are engines of our economy. They facilitate international trade and strengthen our supply chains by transporting billions of dollars of goods across oceans, seas, and waterways to the hands of American businesses and consumers.”

Winner: GDUSA’s 60th Anniversary American Graphic Design Awards

Paris Air Show 2023 Chalet and Touchscreen

The Paris Air Show is premier biennial show where exhibitors need to make a big impression. The Chalet showcased large graphics that encompassed a wide range of imagery - from micrographs of materials, processes and parts, to the final end use application. They were selected and placed to make a cohesive look that flowed around multiple spaces within the Chalet. Brand messaging and color palettes further tied the pieces together. In addition to visual graphics - an interactive touchscreen was developed and allowed visitors to navigate their way through a wide range of screens that had additional pop outs with more information.

World of Concrete 2023 Tradeshow Booth & Campaign

Tradeshows are multi-faceted campaigns. Prior to the World of Concrete 2023 show - social media posts and an email campaign were developed to inform customers coming to the show to stop by the booth to see demos and learn more about a wide array of products. Once at the show the exterior booth drew in customers with large graphics, display towers and a central counter. Marketing materials within the booth such as brochures and sell sheets were items customers could take with them.
