It’s with so much joy that I share the arrival of our baby boy, Grady Duke McIntosh 🥹

He came on Friday, October 17 and we have been soaking in all 8 lbs and 4 ounces of his sweetness for over a week now!

Thank you all for the outpouring of love and prayers. We certainly feel God’s love and grace surrounding our family as we adjust during this precious time 🥰

It’s official!!! 🎉 T-minus 2 weeks from today our new little ‘Providence’ babe is joining the crew. My laptop is shut for now as I steward the beautiful family God has given me. I know allllll the creative bones in my body will be itching to get back in early 2026 ready to connect with all of you and help your businesses flourish! Until then, I welcome the prayers and appreciate the support more than you know. 🫶☺️

✨ ICYMI: Life update ✨

I’m excited to share that starting in October, I’ll be stepping away for a little while as my husband, son, and daughter welcome our newest (and tiniest) addition to the Providence Creative Co. family! 🥹 This new season feels so special, and I’m grateful for the chance to soak it in fully.

During my maternity leave, I’ll be pausing on any new client work. I have availability starting in Feb/March of 2026. If you’re hoping to work together, please feel free to reach out! I’ll be checking messages here and there and will gladly connect once I return.

Providence Creative Co. has always been about building something meaningful and aligned with God’s plan, and right now that means slowing down to embrace this gift of new life. Thank you for your prayers, encouragement, and support!

Yesterday afternoon I had the absolute pleasure of joining the most fabulous host, , on the “Not Your Day Job” LIVE radio show on !

This was my first time in a real studio, much less speaking “publicly” and y’all, it was SO. MUCH. FUN! 😍🎙️

Not Your Day Job Is a colorful conversation series where creative entrepreneurs, makers, and artists pull back the curtain on what they really do. I got to share candidly about how I started this business, , what exactly I do, how I juggle life as an entrepreneur and mom, and share a little about my faith and how it has played a key role in where I am today.

Shoutout to Nikki for being the most engaging, comforting, hilarious and kind host. I also want to thank all the family, friends, clients, referral partners, and coaches over the last 2 years as I’ve built this business. I did a lot of shoutouts in this segment because I know I wouldn’t be where I am without you all, and my heart is always to support other businesses like I’ve been so generously supported on my own journey!

You may know exactly what you’re writing…but if your audience can’t read it in 1.5 seconds, it’s not working.

I’m talking about those overly decorative cursive fonts that keep popping up in marketing materials, logos, and social posts. 😅➰

They might feel “cute” or “on brand,” but if no one can actually read them? You’re losing the chance to connect.

Good design isn’t just about looking good, it’s about communicating clearly. And legibility always wins. Every time. Your brand deserves to be both beautiful and strategic.

A few tips I recommend:

➡️ If you do want to use a cutesy font, keep it SHORT and sweet. Think a 1-2 word headline. Not sentences and certainly not paragraphs.

➡️ Do not use a cursive font for CTAs (calls to action). If you want your audience to take an action, they need to clearly read what that action is. “Learn more.” “Message me.” Etc. Stick with a serif or sans serif font!

An exciting life update for me and my fam! ☺️🫶 Baby McIntosh #3 is coming this Fall!

The Lord placed the name “Providence” on my heart when starting this business and, wow, how perfectly it fits! Every day I see the Lord provide in numerous way, and this sweet baby is evidence of that. We trusted Him through the process of another embryo transfer earlier this year, and we are so grateful to add another precious little miracle to our family. 🥹

I am confident God will continue guide my steps in this business while growing our family just as He always has, and can’t wait to see how it all unfolds! Thank you to all of my clients for allowing me to continue to live what feels like a dream come true to have both a thriving family and fulfilling career. ❤️
