Hi there! Thanks for coming to the Active Adult Marketing page. We call ourselves the “Silver Tsunamis” because we are the marketing leads for all of Greystar’s Active Adult communities.

“The Silver Tsunami” is a metaphor commonly used to describe the increase in the active adult population. Today 15% of Americans are 65 or older. That number is expected to increase to over 20% by 2050.

Currently, Greystar has 40+ Active Adult communities spanned across the country from California to Florida. Greystar has paved the way in senior living by building luxury apartment homes for truly ACTIVE adults!
