I want to say thanks to OrthoWest. I had 3 different epidural’s done on my back yesterday. Thanks to Dr. Pence, tha radiologist and Ashley Campbell for how they took care of me! I even got to umpire a baseball game yesterday too!

In my opinion, our culture places far too much emphasis on being thin and equating it with beauty. Older women, particularly moms, use 20-something models as a measure of their own beauty and what they were like.
Here's a story for all of you who are no longer 20 and trim but have been married or in long-term relationships and have raised families.
