An extensive commercial Self Storage development is proposed for 236 Fire Tower Road, across from the Middle School Entrance. The hearing before the Planning Commission is May 18 at 6:00 pm.
Other than two parcels at the corner of Fire Tower Road and Hwy. 41 there is no other commercial property along Fire Tower all the way to 293. This rezoning sets a dangerous precedent for further commercial development. The proposed is a significant development - see attached.
