It’s about risk/reward, but mostly it’s about the perspective we have been taught to adapt. It is “safer” they say to have a job, but do you get the true reward for your labour? Do you get fulfilment from your endeavours?

We need to encourage more of the entrepreneurial spirit, to educate those who want to be entrepreneurial, and promote entrepreneurship as a viable career option to our youth.

Did you know that most businesses start to be successful after 7 or 10 years?

It sounds like a long time.

But how about working a job for 40 years?

There is so much more to education than modern sales methods.

Tom Durocher is one of the best instructors I have ever had in my life. Though he advertises these classes as horsemanship courses, there is so much more to them than that obvious statement. I would encourage you to contact him if you are in a position of leadership, or in charge of the leadership development in your company, or if you are just wanting to expand your knowledge on the subject.

“There’s no such thing as teaching, only learning” and if you take his mentorship, you will realize how profound this simple statement is.
