I schedule out my work in two week spans. Any items requested to be done in less time will be subject to a Rush fee. I guarantee all items purchased through my business. If you bring items that are not purchased through me, I am happy to embroider them but, please understand that I can not guarantee the quality of stitching on items I do not provide. In most cases, things will stitch out just fine

, but on occasion, the machine can cause missed stitches, or other errors. I am unable to replace items that you bring to me. I will gladly replace items purchased through my business. I take great pride in my work and enjoy creating items that are truly beautiful and unique.
