If you can relate to these, you definitely were in grade school in the 70’s or 80’s in OK or TX. Now you know why they wouldn’t let us wear shorts to school. We needed jeans for sheer protection! We all also have amazing pain tolerance now!

We love to see our hard word on display at trade shows! We designed the retail product box designs, the signage, banner, standing banners, and the retail free standing temporary product displays for the Stud Master product line. We even designed the Talon Tools USA logo!

Tis the season for trick emails from hackers with a “special offer” or trying to “verify” your login or profile information. Be very careful of these! Here are a few tips to help you avoid these problems.

🛑 - Double check the Sender. Just because it says the email is from Amazon, etc., the actual sender email address may say something else.

🛑 - Double-check any linked text to see where it goes before you click on it.

🛑 - If it says It needs you to login and update your profile or payment information, don’t go to that website from the email! Instead, go to your app or browser and go to the website directly and login. By clicking on a link in an email, it may take you to a site that looks like and functions like the company website, but is a fake website designed to have you provide login information or payment information.

🛑 - See attached photo for info on how hackers can fake what a company’s website address looks like.

Flashback Friday! This is going way back to 2011 when I was working as a Product Line Marketing Manager for Lowrance Electronics for their outdoor GPS line. This was announcing a software upgrade. Even though I have worked in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop software for graphic design for about 15 years now, I have never had a class or degree on graphic design. Thank God for a lot of imagination, software intuition and a lot of YouTube videos! 😀

New custom Sonic “Now Open” outdoor temporary signage work completed yesterday. The Sonic at 108th and Memorial was closed for 2 months for renovations and needed a custom designed “Now Open” banner with their new logo, etc. and the pennant flag streamers to help draw attention with the busy traffic there. I proposed a bigger display arrangement with feather flags and yard signs (see pics). In the end, they went with simple and inexpensive. We still think it looks nice and professional!
