The project should be completed by June 26, 2026.

Remove approximately 4” (depending on the ground) of topsoil to adequately prepare the ground for a clay gravel base.

Apply a minimum 12” of clay gravel base that is 25’ wide for the entirety of the street, approximately 1,300’ from the West Center St. to South St. connection points.

Apply a minimum 4” of SB2 gravel on top of the clay gravel that is 23-24’ wide for the entirety of the street, approximately 1,300’ from the West Center St. to South St. connection points.

Install one 18” culvert under the base at the South St. connection point.

Install one 18” culvert under the base at the West Center St. connection point.

Install one 18” culvert under the base near the halfway point.

Install two 32” culverts approximately halfway between the two connection points to help bridge a low spot in that area for drainage purposes.
