Somebody asked me why they should order from Replica Screenprinting instead of one of those big online print companies.
Fair question.
The truth is, you can probably find somebody cheaper.
But cheaper doesn’t always mean better.
When you send us artwork, we don’t just click Print. We look at it. If your logo is blurry, if your fonts are too thin to print, if your colors aren’t going to work on the shirt you picked, we’re going to tell you before it becomes an expensive mistake.
We’ll tell you when a design needs to be simplified. We’ll explain why a four color print might look better as two colors. We’ll recommend a different shirt if we know the one you picked isn’t going to hold up the way you expect.
Sometimes that means we talk ourselves out of a bigger sale.
We’re okay with that.
We’ve spent more than ten years building our reputation one order at a time. Every shirt, hoodie, hat, banner, patch, sign, or promotional product that leaves our shop represents our name. If it isn’t something we’d be proud to wear ourselves, it doesn’t leave the building.
We believe good customer service is answering the phone, responding to emails, fixing problems when they happen, and treating every order, whether it’s 12 shirts or 1,200, like it matters.
Printing is easy.
Caring about the finished product is what makes the difference.
