Whoop! It's officially the last day of school for USD 273! As summer begins, we hope everyone enjoys a well-deserved break filled with sunshine, pool time, and fun! ☀️💦

While everyone is off enjoying summer, we'll be spending the next couple of months putting the finishing touches on a brand-spankin' new website. We're excited to give students, staff, families, and the community a fresh new online experience when school starts back in the fall.

Until then...enjoy this little sneak peek of what's to come 😊

Some of the best recruitment campaigns don’t start with a job opening. They start with a feeling.

We recently shared the story behind the Relocate to Rooks campaign — a project centered around quality of life, authentic storytelling, and helping people see themselves in rural Kansas.

From lifestyle-focused messaging to community-driven content, this campaign reminded us that recruitment is about more than filling positions. It’s about creating emotional connections to a place.

We’re incredibly grateful to have worked alongside so many passionate people and organizations throughout this project and honored to see the campaign recognized at the Emerald Awards.

Read the full story on the blog.

The Relocate to Rooks campaign was built on the belief that recruitment is about more than filling jobs — it is about helping people see themselves in a place. Through authentic storytelling, lifestyle-focused messaging, and community collaboration, the campaign highlighted the value of rural livi...

There’s never been a lack of good businesses here. Just a lack of how well they’re being shown... That’s the gap we’re trying to close.

People don’t spend time trying to decode businesses.
They decide fast—stay or go.

Clear messaging makes that decision easy.
That’s where Eberle Studios comes in.

Choose Smith County 🌾

The shift was simple—but it changed everything. They made it a priority to tell their story.

Not just occasionally, but with intention. With a clear vision of what they wanted to say, how they wanted to say it, and how they wanted their community to be seen.

They built a brand voice. They approached the campaign as a whole, not in pieces. And they put thought behind every part of it.

From there, momentum started to build.

More engagement. More exposure. Over 85,000 video views, website traffic from 35 states, and over 50,000 views on their top blog content.

But it didn’t stop at visibility... The strategy kept evolving—tightening the funnel and giving people a clear path to follow.

Through intentional rural quality-of-life storytelling, paired with a job board and local business highlights, the content doesn’t just connect—it leads somewhere.

Most businesses don’t have a visibility problem.

They have a clarity problem.

Marketing, when done well, changes how people understand you, how they trust you, and whether they choose you.

That’s what makes it powerful.

3 things your website is probably missing…

1. Clarity in what you do.
2. A path for people to follow.
3. And meaningful content.

Because a website shouldn’t just exist—it should lead somewhere.
