This may come off as a little direct, but we get a ton of this stuff every day.

We have an AI receptionist because we’re a small team, not a call center. The receptionist can answer a lot of questions, except giving quotes. Most days we’re busy printing shirts, embroidering hats, packing orders, fixing equipment, and trying to keep up with deadlines.

Honestly, just talk to the AI receptionist. It’s actually pretty good. Ask it questions, leave a message, and if it can’t help or doesn’t know the answer, we’ll get back to you.

If you’re a digitizer, vector artist, patch company, SEO company, website company, or “business growth expert,” this is also why we have the AI receptionist.

We aren’t interested.

We are appointment only. Our shop is listed in Cedar City, but our production facility is actually in Minersville.

Nobody places orders when we’re listed in Minersville. Trust us, we tried, for years.

That’s exactly why we offer free Cedar City deliveries every Tuesday.

For those wondering:
