I’ve been selling my own brand on Amazon since 2015 and I always found that if we wait until Sep-Oct to place our Q4 order, it always comes down to the wire. We were even OOS for Christmas week one time which was a fu**in nightmare.

The number 1 mistake is placing your Q4 order too late and being out of stock for Black Friday and/or Christmas week. Avoiding this is your #1 priority.

How it works: it's an affiliate site. Just sign up and they feature your product in one or more listicles. They don't charge anything upfront, just a 10-20% commission on sales driven. They email you a monthly order report w invoice. Last few months my mom's product got 100+ sales/mo from it. Pretty good deal.

PRO TIP: This is a hidden gem. 🧪 You can now test Main Image inside of Seller Central. Go to Brands > Manage Experiments to set it up. This one we ran resulted in almost DOUBLE the sales by simply changing the color! Wow.
