We’re hiring a Junior Graphic Designer (part-time to start) to join the Make Cool Sh*t team in Cedar Grove, NJ.

This is a part-time, in-person, in-studio role. Three days a week. Not remote. Not hybrid. Not “I can drive in once a month.” If you’re not local to North Jersey and ready to be in our Cedar Grove studio three days a week, this role is not for you.

The structure: part-time for a three month trial, with the goal of transitioning into a full-time staff designer at the end. We’re looking for someone hungry to learn, bold with ideas, and ready to get hands-on with real projects for real brands.

You’ll need strong skills in Illustrator and Photoshop. Premiere Pro and After Effects are a plus but not required. And yes, we need to see your portfolio. No exceptions.

Why join us? You’ll be part of a small but mighty creative team that values fresh ideas. You’ll get real-world experience building brands that actually get noticed.
