We had the chance to attend the Art Directors Association of Iowa’s 68th Annual Design Exhibition last night in Des Moines.

What a night!

The work coming out of Iowa and the Midwest continues to be remarkable. Authentic, thoughtful design, performed with genuine care and craft.

There are very few things more inspiring than catching up with old friends to swap a few stories, talk shop, and celebrate the phenomenal work from the past year.

We are so grateful to be part of this creative community.

A big thanks to everyone who showed their work and especially to the board at ADAI for putting on a fantastic event.

This afternoon, our FUEL designers met up with Troy and Isabella from Don Hummer Trucking at the Cedar Rapids Museum of Art. Surrounded by Grant Wood masterpieces, incredible printmaking pieces, and a thoughtful typography exhibition, we were refreshed and inspired by some of America's greatest creatives. Nothing beats stepping away from screens to feel the power of design up close.

To commemorate their 50th anniversary, Jet Air teamed up with us to develop an anniversary mark that celebrates their aviation charter services across the Midwest. From private jets to medical flights, this anniversary mark represents their commitment to elevating travel, safety, and community. Grateful for collaborations like this over the years.
