Our Story

SOS Sales Help was formed in June of 2008 in Cedar Rapids, Iowa by Jason Siefken. After a successful career in outsourced call centers and managing executive in-house sales teams Jason felt there was a niche for combining the two. In June of 2008 Jason started SOS in the basement and within 2 years quickly grew the company as a work from home model to over 20 agents. SOS’s level of quality service soon became the norm and by the fourth year in business SOS had moved operations in-house. SOS has and continues to strive to provide executive level quality-based services to the SMB market with a special emphasis on assisting startups.

To date SOS has generated millions of dollars in revenues for our clients and continues to maintain it’s core focus on quality results.
