I just learned that Google Business Profile has a couple of nice updates. Now, if your video submission isn't approved to verify your business, Google will send you CLEAR FEEDBACK on what went wrong. No more guessing!! Also, they have new feature for restaurants, wherein if you upload a picture of your menu, supposedly AI will convert that into a digital menu! Haven't tried it yet, but sounds great!

Did you hear about the Gmail/GSuite update rolling out next month?

Google is cracking down on anyone that sends email for business, and will begin sending all of your emails to spam if you don't have the proper authentication in place.

Here's what Google is requiring:

1. Email Authentication with SPF, DKIM, & DMARC
2. Easy Unsubscription (1 click)
3. Reduce Spam Rate to .3% or less

So if you send emails for your business, this is something you need to understand and make sure you implement...otherwise your emails will be sent to spam, or completely blocked by Google.

And, Gmail/GSuite has an 84% market share, so this is extremely important!

People are wondering how AI will affect search engine rankings; especially when it comes to Google's "Content is King" theory. Since Google analyzes all content thru their E-E-A-T criteria, I hope AI doesn't fool Google. My clients invest so much time in creating good, honest content that proves they have Experience, Expertise, Authoritativeness and Trustworthiness. I guess time will tell..

So many customers have been coming to me lately asking if the mailing they received is junk mail or not. I don't know if "US Domain Authority" just did a huge batch mailing or not but, Bublitz Creative customers, DO NOT PAY THIS! It is a scam! And if you are not a client of mine, it probably STILL is a scam, so ask your website developer if you should or should not pay.
