Now Hiring- Project Director

*This is a work on site position in Centerton, AR. No remote applicants will be entertained for this position.*

The Project Director is responsible for supporting various account teams with a focus on maintaining day-to-day client projects, from concept through delivery including program planning, event ex*****on, accounting practices, and program analysis. Responsible for print and production activities within BRAVIS Agency’s internal facility and with approved supplier partners. They will have daily traffic support for the production of retail displays, signage and marketing collateral.

They will meet with the heads of departments to learn about the status of existing projects, and details about new projects coming into the agency.
Create a schedule for new jobs, and assign those tasks using the trafficking system in place.

Continually, review current and future timelines and job statuses with the heads of department, and if necessary, the individuals working on the jobs.
Reschedule projects based on new or changing priorities.

What You’ll Do

• Design projects from concept through final production
• Develop breakthrough creative for packaging, displays, and
retail marketing

•Contribute creative direction and mentor junior designers

What We’re Looking For

•Senior-level graphic design experience with a strong,
diverse portfolio
• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator,
Photoshop, InDesign required)
• Experience designing for print and production environments
• Strong layout, typography, and visual storytelling skills
• Excellent attention to detail and time management
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

Strong Pluses

•Experience with 3D design tools (Cinema 4D, Blender, or similar)
•Experience using AI tools for graphic design and
concept development
•Motion graphics or animation experience
•Retail / shopper marketing experience
