I am so very thankful for my sweet husband for making this happen. I love to make things, any thing! My famous quote is "Oh, I can make that!" Just ask my friends! (They roll their eyes)! 1. Payment is due at the time of order. I will not begin an order until the invoice has been paid.Paypal is available.

2. Orders are to be picked up within 24 hours of notification of completion. Shipping is available for an additional charge. Shipping charges will vary.

3. No refunds or exchanges unless a mistake was made by me. If that happens, I will fix it or refund your money. Please note that all sales are final.

4. If you provide your own items to personalize, we will work diligently next day. All custom orders that I provide the items are promised to be ready to pickup or ship within 3 days. If you are in a hurry, you can pay a RUSH fee of $10. The items will be started in the order in which I receive payment. Disclaimer: In order to insure customer satisfaction, Initially Delightful uses only quality items in their embroidery process. Items we provide are known to accept embroidery without problems. Should there be damage in the production on any items furnished by Initially Delightful, that item will be replaced at no charge to the customer. If you require that we embroider on items furnished by you as a customer of Initially Delightful, we will take every effort to insure a job that meets your satisfaction, but will NOT be responsible for replacing any items provided by you should they get damaged in the embroidering process.
