Team highlight 🎉 From aligning multiple business units to navigating packed schedules and keeping momentum moving, Renee recently led the charge on a major promotional campaign effort with the kind of calm, thoughtful leadership that keeps complex projects on track.

Last week, Simantelites rolled up their sleeves, packed 180 summer hygiene kits (plus some bonus supplies left over!) and delivered them to Pleasant Valley School students and families. From donations to delivery, this effort was powered by people who care about our community.

Last Thursday, our team came together for one of our favorite traditions: our annual all-employee event! 🎉

Simantelites from across 23 states joined us at The Warehouse in downtown Peoria for an evening of food, music, trivia, live art and great company. It was a chance to reconnect, celebrate our people and spend time together beyond the day-to-day work!

Thank you to everyone who made a special trip to the office last week. We already can't wait for next year!

During our monthly design team meet-up last week, our creatives took a break from screens for a hands-on creativity exercise.

Everyone picked a dream they’d had, turned it into a haiku and built a collage from magazine clippings to bring it to life.

A good reminder in this digital world we live in that that creativity doesn't always have to start with a screen and keyboard!

If you’ve ever wondered about the story behind the mural on our building, there’s more meaning to it than meets the eye. When one of our former owners, Maggie, retired, we gave her a wall as a parting gift.

She used it to create something that reflects the heart of Simantel—building each other up and working toward a shared goal. And that thinking continues to shape how we show up for each other and the work every day.

We’re grateful for the reminder every time we walk through the doors.
