I’m coming to you honestly.

I’ve been a little quieter on here.

Not because I’ve lost focus… but because I’ve been taking time to get really clear on what I’m building and how I want to show up.

Between working long shifts, being a mom, and navigating life — I’ve had to be more intentional with my time and energy.

And in that space, I’ve gotten clearer than ever.

Clear on the kind of life I want.
Clear on how I want to use my time.
And clear that I don’t want to keep doing things the way they’ve always been done.

Because as much as I love veterinary medicine…

The long hours, the emotional weight, and the lack of flexibility isn’t something I want to rely on forever.

So I’ve been building something alongside it.

Something that gives me more options.
More control over my time.
And more alignment with the life I want for my family.

If you’re a veterinary nurse who’s been feeling that same pull for “something more” — you’re not the only one.🫶🏻

I’ve been a little quiet on here lately.

I needed some space.

Grief isn’t linear… and recently I’ve really felt the weight of losing my mom again. So I slowed down and just took things day by day.

I also want to say thank you for being patient with me. 🤍
I haven’t been able to respond to everyone’s messages because I just haven’t had the bandwidth.

But in that space, I got really clear.

Clear on how I want to spend my time.
Clear on what I want life to look like for me and my family.
Clear that I don’t want to keep living on autopilot.

Because as much as I love veterinary medicine…

The long shifts, the emotional weight, and the lack of flexibility is something I’ve been questioning more and more.

I want more intention with my time.

And I know I’m not the only one who feels that way.

That’s why we’re hosting a live webinar tomorrow — sharing what’s possible when you build income alongside your career and create more flexibility in your life.

If you’ve been in a season of reevaluating things too, this is for you.

There’s a side of veterinary medicine people don’t always see.

The long shifts.
The emotional weight.
The compassion fatigue that builds over time.

And for moms… it’s a different kind of heavy.

Going back to work after such a short maternity leave.
Trying to be present at home while carrying everything from the clinic. The mom guilt you feel while trying to do it all and missing so much time.
Knowing that on days you work 12+ hours…you might only get one small moment with your child.

This is mine.

Waking her up in the morning before I leave.

Before the long shift.
Before the full day.
Before I don’t see her again until tomorrow.

I love what I do. I really do.

But moments like this remind me why I started looking for more…

More flexibility.
More time.
More control over my life and my schedule.

Because I don’t want this to be the only moment I get.

If you’re a veterinary nurse and a mom trying to hold it all together, I see you 🤍

If you’ve been looking for a way to create more time and flexibility in your life, I shared what I’m building in a recent training. Just message me “REPLAY”. ✨

If you’re a veterinary nurse, you probably don’t need anyone to explain burnout to you.

You already know what it feels like.

The long shifts.
The emotional weight.
The compassion fatigue.
Giving everything you have to your patients and their families.

And still looking at your paycheck thinking…

“How is this all I make?”

So many veterinary nurses I talk to are:

• picking up extra shifts
• trying to find a side hustle
• relying on a partner’s income
• living with roommates just to make things work

Not because they aren’t capable.

But because this field — the one built on compassion — often doesn’t compensate people the way it should.

That’s exactly why I started looking for another way to create income.

Not to leave the profession behind.

But to create more freedom and breathing room in my life.

On March 11, we hosted a masterclass breaking down the online business model I’m using to do exactly that.

If you’re a veterinary nurse who loves what you do but knows you can’t keep running yourself into the ground financially, I really think this training will resonate with you.

The replay is still available for a limited time.

I didn’t expect this to change me the way it did.

When I first started in the online space, I just wanted to make extra money.

That was it.

I wasn’t thinking about legacy.
I wasn’t thinking about retirement.
I wasn’t thinking about compensation plans or alignment.

I just wanted something that felt possible.

So I started in low-ticket.

And I’m grateful for it — it taught me how to show up, how to sell, how to be uncomfortable.

But over time, I realized I didn’t just want to earn.

I wanted it to make sense.

I wanted:
• income that didn’t require insane volume
• products that actually fit my life
• a compensation plan that rewards growth
• something long-term — not something I’d have to hustle forever

High-ticket gave me that.

Now I earn $700–$2,000+ per sale.
I focus on depth instead of chasing numbers.
And I’m building something that feels sustainable.

The biggest shift wasn’t financial though.

It was internal.

I stopped trying to prove I could “make anything work”…
and started choosing what actually works for me.

If you’re feeling that quiet nudge that something isn’t aligned anymore — you’re not crazy.

Sometimes growth just looks like choosing better.
