We are thrilled at the efforts of a couple of our fantastic graphic design students!

Raised for the first time in December, campus's new “We are EIU” flag was designed by Blueroom Magazine co-presidents and EIU graphic design students, Sof King and Alexandra Bradley. The flag will fly on the "We are EIU" unity flagpole in the south quad during times when there are no other federally recognized heritage months or holidays being observed.

This flagpole was originally established in the fall of 2020 as a dedicated on-campus space to celebrate the various backgrounds and cultures of our campus community.
