At an event where I had my boxes last week someone asked why I don’t show pictures of what’s in The Permission to Pause Collection before it is sold. I often hear, “all the other boxes out there show exactly what’s inside - why don’t you?”
Yes, they do. And that’s one of the biggest differences.
Because here’s what those other boxes can’t give you: the irreplaceable magic of genuine surprise and discovery.
Can you remember the last time you experienced absolute delight from something unexpected? When you felt that flutter of anticipation - wonder - as you untied a ribbon, lifted a lid, and discovered something wonderful that you didn’t choose yourself?
The Permission to Pause Collection isn’t just items in a pretty package. While others sell products, we curate emotional moments. Each element is thoughtfully selected not just for its beauty or quality, but for how it will make you feel when discovered.
One person wrote, “How did you know this was exactly what I needed?” These reactions wouldn’t exist if I showed everything up front.

The Spring Collection will be available for about two more weeks, and there are still so many gifting opportunities! Graduation (this does feel like a rather youthful box), weddings, mother-of-the-bride thank yous, hostess gifts, end-of-the-year (fiscal or school year) thank you (think board members, your executive director, teachers, etc.)
