Evening friends, colleagues, family – Surprise, Bryan Rainey here!
As most of you know, my sons and I sold Junkluggers in September 2019. We had fun over the past 3-years and made a huge impact in our community. In fact, in 2018 our family was recognized for our community involvement, innovation, and contribution to the organization by winning the National Franchisee of the Year.
Since the sale, I’ve taken several months off to be with family, but now ready to get back to work.

As of today, February 1, 2020, I am officially launching a web design agency entitled Topic Flip.
Topic Flip will be guided by a passion to make this world a better place. And to lift those up around us. That includes our customers, teammates, and family. All while making the web a more beautiful place.
Our team has a desire to create new sites and build brands. Our “sweet spot” is helping businesses who have smaller budgets but still require a world-class first impression. All sites will be built using the WordPress platform.

Many of you know my background in IT, while some do not. In the interest of not wasting your time (and boring you), I’ll spare you the long version.
Over the past 25 years, I was instrumental in building one of the few compliance and ethics helplines in the United States. I served as both VP of IT and co-owner servicing clients around the globe.
I’ve been on the forefront of technology developing web-based applications and very large database structures used by several Fortune-500 companies including UPS, HCA, Genesis, Sotheby's and more.
