May 2021 Mecklenburg county housing update!

May was an excellent month for real estate! 🏡

As you can see, the average price for a single family residence(SFR) has gone up $47k from last year and townhomes/condos are up $29k from last year. From April to May 2021, the average price remained the same for SFR and went up $9.1k for Townhomes/condos.
