Call Center Expert with SEO and Web Knowledge
We are seeking an experienced Call Center Expert who has strong knowledge of SEO and web technologies, and can effectively communicate with clients while applying this knowledge. While the primary focus of this role is on providing excellent customer support, a solid understanding of SEO and web-related concepts is essential to address client queries and provide relevant guidance.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer support to clients over the phone, email, or chat.
Apply your knowledge of SEO and web technologies when engaging with clients, helping them better understand how these elements can improve their digital presence.
Address client questions related to websites, SEO practices, and web development, ensuring clear and concise explanations.
Support the team by staying updated on industry trends in SEO and web development to better assist clients.
Maintain professionalism and confidentiality while ensuring high-quality customer interactions.
Required Skills:
3+ years of experience in a call center environment.
Strong knowledge of SEO principles and web technologies.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to clients in simple terms.
Experience engaging with clients and providing valuable insights into web-related topics.
Strong problem-solving skills and a client-focused approach.
