New research suggests Millennials aren't waiting until later in life to make philanthropy a priority. They're giving now, exploring new ways to make an impact, and becoming an increasingly important force in charitable giving.

📊 The numbers tell the story:
75% of Millennials surveyed plan to increase their charitable giving this year, while 42% are already using donor-advised funds.

For nonprofits and fundraisers, it's an important reminder that the next generation of philanthropy isn't necessarily on the horizon,they're already here.

Performance based pay isn’t for everyone but for the right person, the flexibility can be a major advantage.

Think about it: your financial needs aren’t exactly the same every month. Maybe this month you’re saving for a trip, rent is hitting a little harder, or you just want some extra spending money. In a performance based role, you have the opportunity to push for more instead of waiting for overtime and your earnings are based on what YOU bring to the table.

For people who value independence, flexibility, and being rewarded for their own performance, a traditional salary isn’t always the only way to work. 👏
