The RSC team helped Katsushi RTP make its debut at Boxyard at Hub RTP in Durham recently.

The newest concept from restaurateur Anthony Rapillo and Top Chef alum Katsuji Tanabe brings made-to-order hand rolls, rice bowls, cocktails and bold Japanese inspired flavors to the Triangle.

From introducing the concept to local media and creators to building buzz around opening day, our PR efforts resulted in an estimated 17M total impressions to help put this delicious new restaurant on the Triangle’s radar.

Back to school, but make it RSC. 🎒✏️📚

Before we were pitching stories, prepping clients and planning for every possible scenario, we were just kiddos with fresh school pictures, big personalities and apparently very clear signs of who we’d become.

She’s a photo and social media pro who first joined us more than a year ago as a contractor. After making herself pretty indispensable, she officially joined our team earlier this summer — and we couldn’t be more excited to have her.

She’s a Pisces (a March Pisces — IYKYK), collects vinyl, loves indie rock/pop and Polaroids, and is one of the lucky ones who has turned her passions into her profession. You’ll rarely find her without a camera in hand — especially if there’s live music involved.

We’re overdue in making this introduction, but we have a good excuse: Bethany hit the ground running in July and hasn’t slowed down since.

Very belated post, perhaps inspired by the final season of The Bear: snaps of our experience at in Dublin earlier this year.

Suggested by the knowledgeable ⭐ traveler and diner Yvonne & Jason 📍 Charlotte, NC , we were welcomed into the comfortable space with open arms and made to feel right at home. The menu was full of surprise and gently pushed us outside our comfort zones, much to our delight.

A️ truly special night with our family, kicking off a week in Ireland visiting our daughter who spent the semester at University College Dublin. ☘️ 🇮🇪

Today’s the day for Spiked Friday at !

Soul’s take on “pinchos”: small, gourmet snacks originating from the Basque Country in northern Spain, typically served on a slice of bread and secured with a toothpick (or “spike”).

Pinchos are $4, limited to 5-7 pm, and include options such as Salmon-O-Pita, Fried Goat Cheese on Bruschetta, Pan Con Tomate (brought out of retirement), Pork Belly & Pickled Watermelon Skewer, Fried Meatball Skewer, Lamb & Beef Kefte Skewer, and Ahi Tuna Skewer, among others.

Paired with the $5 wine special, a bar bite and a glass of wine can be yours for under $10.

Tickets are on sale now for a Carolina Luau scheduled for June 3.

Chefs , and are teaming up to celebrate the flavors of summer with a family-style dinner at in NoDa.

It will be four family-style courses, and will also include passed appetizers and desserts. The menu from Coleman and Guard is a true melding of cultures — Carolinas (Coleman is a native of Charlotte) and Hawaii (where Guard was raised). Highlights include Mushroom skewer lettuce wraps with chile pineapple glaze and grilled pineapple salsa; deep dish pizza with creole shrimp and Carolina pork, mini ice cream sammies and Anson Mills Madeleines with Lilikoi frosting.

Tickets are $85 per person, with a $30 paired-beverage option featuring cocktails from Guard and Grace Beverage Director .
