‼️WARNING‼️ if your company is using Salesforce there is a telephone based phishing attack that is targeting English-speaking companies. This began as early as February 2025 and the attacker is impersonating an internal IT employees and stealing the company’s Salesforce . They then hold this data for ransom. They are doing this by convincing the victim to integrate a malicious Data Loader application.

Please make sure you are educating your employee and companies on ways to avoid this attack.

Who needs a website, branding, or workflow automations (schedulers, lead funnels, customer relationship management, etc.)? I’m officially off maternity leave and we will be accepting new clients… but before we do. I’m taking on a few clients to audit my processes and get feedback. I’ve been playing around with AI. Just seeing how I could incorporate it’s use into products and services provide by DQC. Researching the legality of using AI generated work. And simply trying to answer my questions behind “will this replace…”

I’ve never been scared of technology. Actually I run full steam ahead, directly into the mouth of technological innovation… every time… so I will say, I never had any doubt that my affinity for AI would be any different. Desi Quinn Creative is built around improving the efficiency of our client’s businesses through the use of technology and innovation… so in other words… why NOT AI is the real question…

I’ve had a increase in requests for websites, branding, and workflow automation. I have ONE more spot open for new Desi Quinn Creative clients this Quarter… after that I’m not taking any new clients until August… I’ll be shutting things down in my business for a minute because I want to rework some things and I want to finish up the client projects I have now so I can focus on creating a better experience for ya’ll 😊. I’m excited 😝.

The first step is never what you think it is 😩

I can’t tell you how many times I’ve seen Lifestyle Service-Based Business Owners take one step forward only to be pulled four steps backward…because they started at the wrong step.

Listen!!! Lifestyle Service-Based Business Owners are my people and I can’t keep watching this happen– so today, I wanted to share my simple, 4-step process for guaranteeing you take the right steps, in the right order.

1- Step One. Decide on the goals you want to achieve in your business. Because if you don’t know where you’re going, it’s impossible to know where to start

2- Step Two. Think about your process and write down all the tasks you must complete to achieve those goals. Because if you don’t know how to get there, you may find yourself skipping important steps.

3- Step Three. Separate the administrative tasks, marketing tasks, and client services tasks onto three different lists. Categorizing your tasks will help you get a better picture of where you spend most of your time, and what needs more attention.

4-Step Four. Find ways to automate the tasks that are on your administrative and marketing lists. This way you can spend more time doing what you enjoy, client services.
