📣 SUMMER INTERN RECAP 📣

This summer, Red Moon Marketing welcomed an incredible group of interns to our Experiential team! Erin Chambers, Mary-Stewart Hunter, Ronan Lowry, Lyla Rowe, Ellie Harrison, and Antonio Zapata joined us in Charlotte, while Will Grimes, Ellie Smith, and Luke Ashley contributed in Atlanta.

Throughout the summer, our interns gained hands-on experience in bringing events and activations to life. They supported projects from preparation to ex*****on, allowing them to see firsthand what goes into creating memorable experiences.

This summer, Ava Hall , a student at the University of Georgia, joined Red Moon as our Digital Marketing Intern!

Throughout her internship, Ava gained hands-on digital marketing experience, strengthened her analytical skills, and learned how data can help tell the story behind campaign performance.

Most importantly, she had the chance to apply what she learned in the classroom to real-world marketing projects, helping her build confidence and gain valuable experience in an agency setting.

Thank you, Ava, for all of your hard work this summer! We loved having you as part of the Red Moon team and can’t wait to see what’s next for you! 🎉

📣 TEAMMATE SHOUTOUT 📣

Kicking off the week with a shoutout to Ryan Holloran, our Account Director!

Ryan is an exceptional role model and collaborator. When asked to describe our company culture in three words, he said "Team, Team, and Team." This truly reflects his perspective as a leader.

One of Ryan's proudest moments so far has been his involvement in the March Madness program, where he enjoyed witnessing both fans and clients appreciate what his team created.

We are thrilled to have him on the Red Moon team and look forward to seeing him continue to thrive!

Our Red Moon team had an unforgettable weekend at the Kentucky Derby, activating the Woodford Reserve $2,000 and $5,000 Mint Julep experience in support of Closely Crafted.

Special thanks to William Burch, Evan Miller, Zack Ruettgers, Jeremiah Rice, and Trae Alexander for bringing the experience to life throughout the weekend! 🐎

We would like to give a shout out to Michael Ludwig, a Production Coordinator at Red Moon!

From bringing activations to life to creating lasting memories on-site, Michael always shows up ready to make an impact. One of his proudest moments was working on the Kentucky Derby project, which he still considers one of his all-time favorite events.

And this year brings an even bigger milestone. Michael is preparing to become a dad!

This past weekend, our team was on-site at the RBC Heritage PGA Tour, helping to bring the Coca-Cola experience to life! From sharing delicious samples of Coca-Cola Cherry Float to handing out our limited-edition America 250 cans, we loved connecting with all the fans throughout the tournament.
