Here's the scoop: Until not too long ago, I'd scroll past advice like this. But then I gave this habit a shot. I've been finding more flow and peace within my weeks. Instead of "why can't I start," I'm thinking, "why didn’t I start this sooner" The golden habit? My Weekly Prep!
Hold on! If you're thinking this is just another "to-do" list, slow down. It's more straightforward than you'd expect.
🔸 Step 1: The Masterlist. Brand dump all of your to dos that are clouding up your brain into one list
🔸 Step 2: Once a week (I chose Sunday) Pull out the 7-21 top priorities that week
🔸 Step 3: Break these tasks down into 1-3 items a day each day. Only choose one difficult task a day and additional simpler ones.
