There's an advantage built into a lot of founder-led companies right now. Most aren't using it.
When the person who built the company shows up consistently in their own voice, talking about what they actually know, the brand stops being abstract. People can attribute it to someone real, and that trust carries over to the company. That's harder to replicate than any campaign.
We work alongside a number of founders at Spiracle. The ones doing this well aren't churning out content for its own sake. They're saying specific things, from a specific point of view, built on years of real experience. That's authority. And it compounds.
If you're a founder and you're not treating your own voice as a business asset, it's worth sitting with that.
