I used to put bottled water on my grocery list without giving it much thought.

Buy it. Carry it home. Find somewhere to store it. Repeat.

Now, I walk over to my kitchen counter and fill my glass. 💧

Having my Kangen machine at home has become part of everyday life. My morning water. My coffee. Cooking dinner. Filling my bottle before heading out.

And as a woman who works full time, I appreciate anything that makes my day a little easier.

But this machine also opened a door I wasn’t expecting.

It introduced me to a business I could build alongside my job, sharing something I already use and love.

Because I want more options for this chapter of my life. More time with my husband and grandchildren. More room for the things that matter to me.

You can be a woman of faith and still struggle to let go.

You pray about it… then lie awake trying to figure it out.
You hand it to God… then pick it right back up.

I know because I’ve done this so many times too.🤦🏼‍♀️

When you’ve spent years being the woman everyone depends on, surrender can feel uncomfortable. You’re used to holding everything together.

But you’re allowed to need help. You’re allowed to rest. And you can trust God even when you don’t know how this chapter will unfold.

Today, let your prayer be simple:

“Lord, show me what is mine to do, and help me release what I cannot control.”

You don’t have to have every answer to take the next faithful step. 🤍

Water is the foundation of everything.

Like breathing, sleeping, eating and movement... without it, nothing else works.

But here is what most people do not know.

I used to think water was just water.

Something we drank because we were supposed to.

Then I started learning about what was actually IN the water we drink, how it’s processed, how much plastic we consume along the way…and what was possible when we brought a water ionizer into our home.

I pray about the life I’m building. My faith gives me courage, especially when I can’t see every step ahead.

And I know the women here come from different places and believe different things. You don’t have to share my faith for me to understand what it feels like to want more time, more purpose, and more room to breathe.

Maybe the next step for you is a big decision. Maybe it’s simply admitting that the life you want matters.

For today, start there. You don’t have to dismiss that desire just because you’ve been strong enough to carry the life you have. 🤍

You’re in your 50s.

There’s a Fiji vacation sitting in your saved photos.

You’ve already imagined the overwater bungalow, the incredible blue water and those slow mornings having breakfast with your husband.

You can practically picture yourself there.

Then you remember your work schedule, the bills, everything you’re responsible for and the retirement plans you’re trying to protect.

And just like that, you close the vacation tab.

Someday.

I know that cycle because I followed the traditional career path for decades myself.

Eventually, I had to ask myself whether I wanted to keep waiting or begin creating more options for the future I imagined.

I haven’t figured everything out. I’m learning, growing and building as I go.
But I’ve made the decision to pursue a different future instead of waiting for the perfect moment.
