A reminder that your clients must trust you. One of the best ways to build trust is to have a defined offering and a client journey that makes the life of your client easier. Remember, you are there to help them survive and thrive.

How will you help them accomplish this?

✨ Tell them what problem you solve. Don't be vague or elusive - that throws up red flags for prospective buyers and you won't get the sale.

✨Give them 3 easy steps to do business with you. This email from a new client confirmed that we set an expectation that we will guide him to positive outcomes because our process is structured and easy to follow.

✨ Be responsive. Sometimes this simply means setting an expectation when you will have an answer or next steps for them. Don't leave them hanging in doubt - they will begin to distrust you.

Your main goal is to be clear in communication so that the client puts their trust and faith in you - that you will make their life easier (or in my case, help their business grow).

Great outcome for a great client who previously did not have a website to help connect with the community or capture donations or sponsorships from interested parties.

Know More Tears is a non-profit organization based in Charlotte, NC that helps families who struggle financially by providing workshops such as Resume Writing and Computer Classes for Seniors. They also host numerous events such as Mother's Day and Father's Day luncheons, Secret Santa exchanges, and Thanksgiving meals.
