He approaches every client interaction with exceptional care and attention to detail—if I were a small business owner calling in for campaign support, I’d feel confident knowing Justin was on the other end of the line.

Beyond the direct impact he has on customers, Justin also plays a major role in our team’s internal growth and development. In his downtime, he regularly creates and shares a weekly (and bi-weekly) CSL newsletter that highlights campaign best practices, Google updates, marketing trends, process changes, and other important departmental insights.
