Opening in South End this September, Raíces celebrates the regional flavors of **Jalisco + Oaxaca** with a menu highlighting seafood, moles, open-fire cooking and farm-to-table ingredients.

And if you love cherry tomatoes, the **TOMATINI 🍅🍸 is a must.**

So excited for Alfonso Bravo, Amalia Macias and their talented team, including MICHELIN-starred Chef TJ Steele, to bring this concept to Charlotte.
