Brent Schepel is co-founder of Replay Sports Cards, a full-service sports card retailer offering buying, selling, trading, and grading. Brent’s expertise in card grading is what launched the whole venture — he and his partner opened their first shop in Charlotte in 2021 under the name One Stop Sports. In 2024, the brand rebranded to Replay Sports Cards and shortly after opened the franchise playbook, becoming the first national franchise concept built exclusively around the sports card hobby.

Since then, Replay has expanded to five shops across the country and built giving back into the brand through Replay Gives Back, which has donated over a million cards to kids nationwide.

Lynsea is a Charlotte-based singer, songwriter, and performer whose music blends acoustic folk, indie pop, and alternative rock. Raised in Texas, she began writing songs as a kid, studied at Berklee College of Music, and later worked as Record Label Manager for Elevation Worship Records before committing full-time to her own music.

In 2024, QC Nerve named her Charlotte’s Best Pop Artist. Later, she earned a residency at the Ritz-Carlton Charlotte, and grants to release her music in multiple languages.

Then, on September 20, 2025, everything changed. Lynsea was riding to the airport with her sister when an impaired driver ran a red light and hit their car. She suffered a traumatic brain injury, endured two brain surgeries, and spent a month in the hospital. Six months later, she walked back on stage.

This is a conversation about art, identity, and what it means to rebuild a career — and a life — from the ground up.

Jason Watson is a for-real serial entrepreneur. His career reads like a highlight reel of reinvention: He started in business development at American Woodmark and Bridgeway Media before founding Dublin Dog in 2006. He eventually sold that to Re*****on Outdoor Company in 2012. There, he launched RK9, a division building specialized canine products for law enforcement and defense.

In 2018, he founded Recon K9, developing K9 products for military and federal agencies, while simultaneously becoming SVP of Sales and Business Development and a Partner at The Dog Wizard.

Jason has built brands, sold them, rebuilt them, and given back — all while staying remarkably consistent about the one thing he clearly loves most: dogs.
