QUICK REMINDER ABOUT “BAD BUSINESS”… 😂
Apparently, deciding that we no longer want to do business with someone automatically means the service was “bad.”
Interesting. 🤔
Let’s clear something up:
If you receive a service, pay for that service, and later decide you aren’t satisfied, you are absolutely allowed to communicate your concerns.
What you are NOT entitled to do is threaten, intimidate, or harass the person providing the service because the business has decided it will not continue the professional relationship.
You can dislike our decision.
You can take your business elsewhere.
You can even tell people you weren’t happy.
But threats toward our engineers or staff?
That’s not a customer-service issue anymore. That’s a conduct issue.
And here’s the funny part…
Sometimes the most “expensive” lesson in business isn’t the money you paid. It’s learning that not every business is obligated to accept your business again. 😂
We appreciate our artists. We respect our customers. We stand behind our team.
But access to our services is not a lifetime membership.
If the relationship no longer works professionally, we can simply say:
“We wish you the best with your future projects.”
No argument.
No back-and-forth.
No drama.
Just business.
And if someone chooses to escalate that decision into threats or intimidation, we’ll handle it through the appropriate channels and keep our documentation.
Bad business? No.
Business boundaries? Absolutely.
Respectfully,
Management
