What if the freshest food in your community was growing right inside the school cafeteria?

That's exactly what's happening in Milwaukee, and Junapr Communication client partner Fork Farms is at the center of it. The Packer just spotlighted how Milwaukee schools are growing 200,000 salads using Fork Farms' hydroponic Flex Farm technology. Students are eating more greens, learning where food comes from, and some are even considering agriculture careers because of it.

Over 800 schools across Wisconsin are already growing with Flex Farms. This is what the future of food access looks like!

By integrating high-yield Flex Farms directly into classrooms, Fork Farms is turning schools into localized food hubs that improve student nutrition, foster intergenerational healthy eating habits and create a sustainable pipeline for the future agricultural workforce.
