The benefit? A strategy weaves your brand story effortlessly throughout all your platforms.

The problem? That's not as easy as it sounds.

But these questions will help you get started! 👇

✅ WHO: is your target customer?
Who gets the most value from your offer, AND who’s also happy to pay for it?

✅ WHAT: do you have to offer them?
Are you clear on your offer? (Keep focusing on the transformation it brings to your customer!)

✅ WHERE: do they spend their time?
Where are the channels they get value from? This is where you need to consistently show up + add value.

✅ WHY: should they choose you?
What is your unique selling proposition? How do you stand out from all your competitors?

How will you get them to take the next step once they are aware of your offer?

Making mistakes in your website copy can be the difference between someone bouncing or converting into a customer.

That's why you need absolutely need to watch out for these. ⬇️

1️⃣ Not knowing your target buyer
2️⃣ Starting without clear brand messaging + positioning
3️⃣ Focusing on features and not benefits
4️⃣ Too much text
5️⃣ Not optimizing content for SEO

Your audience will get lost in the sauce if you don't know who you're selling to, how it transforms their day-to-day life, and how you will let them know about it.

When it comes to marketing your biz, it can feel entirely too overwhelming.

And analysis paralysis is a real thing.

When there are too many decisions to be made, we often freeze and don't choose any of them. This is true for digital marketing as well.

That's why I always recommend repurposing content. ✨

You can use your most popular content (blogs, socials, and/or emails) to create new content by adding to it or saying it in a new way. Yep, that's the "secret." 🤫

Here are a few quick + easy ways to repurpose content and give it new life. ⬇️
1️ Give the picture and caption a slight refresh and repost.
2️ Make small adjustments to content and post to a different social platform.
3️ Break long-form content apart into multiple smaller posts.
4️ Take a post that's performing well on socials and expand on it in an email or blog.

Still not enough time to make those small adjustments for repurposing? You have two more choices. ⬇️

✔️ Cross-post the same content to multiple platforms in order to expand reach and save time.
While this has its cons because the strategy isn't tailored to each platform the audience on each, it is still helpful to get started with digital marketing.

A stunning photo + an irresistible caption!

Just listing the ingredients of your food and drink isn't enough. 👀

I said what I said.

Even in the food + beverage industry you still need to use on-brand messaging in your captions. Adding a strong caption (even a short one) that includes a CTA that leaves them craving more will increase engagement with your content.

Neglecting either of pieces of this perfect pairing will miss the mark for your audience.

Polar opinion: A page is not a replacement for a website.

pages are not the same as websites.
