Administrative + Bookkeeping Support

1099 Contractor | As Needed 3–5 Hours/Week

Are you the person who actually likes keeping things organized?

Policht Marketing is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, self-motivated contractor to provide ongoing administrative and basic bookkeeping support.

YOU MIGHT BE A GREAT FIT IF YOU:
• Are organized and pay attention to the little things
• Can work independently and follow through without constant direction
• Are comfortable with basic data entry and administrative tasks
• Have QuickBooks experience, or are willing to learn
• Are looking for a small, flexible, consistent side role

THE ROLE INCLUDES:
• QuickBooks organization + basic data entry
• Receipt tracking and organization
• Digital + physical file organization
• General administrative support

Mostly Remote | Flexible Hours
Must be local to the Chelsea/Ann Arbor/Jackson/Manchester/Grass Lake/Dexter area for occasional paperwork or item pickup/drop-off.
